After my own deeply transformative experience with Yoga Nidra and other healing modalities, I am honored to offer mindfulness-based practices to assist you on your path to greater peace, clarity, balance, and healing.

Yoga Nidra for Caregivers (Virtual)
This virtual Yoga Nidra takes place on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 3pm EST.
This gathering has been a place for people to experience deep rest and calm in the midst of great challenge since 2022. We welcome those caring for loved ones with dementia, severe chronic illness, terminal illness, and other challenges. Yoga Nidra is a profoundly restorative guided meditation technique practiced in a comfortable position, usually lying down. This is a non-physical, deeply relaxing practice.

Mid-Week Reset Yoga Nidra Practice
Join us for a nourishing midweek yoga nidra practice to replenish and rebalance. Give yourself the gift of restoration and the many benefits of non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) through this guided meditation practice.
